Open out lengths to make one continuous piece. Press seam open.
Sew buttonholes on front. Add stabilizer or a second layer of fabric behind holes prior to sewing. Trim stabilizer 1/4" from holes.
RST sew top of front to top of liner. Line up top curves and outer corners. Trim to 1/4" and zig zag edges to prevent fray. Repeat for back and liner.
RST sew sides. Lay front/liner RSU. Lay back/liner WSU on top lining up liners and front with back. Match bottom corners and seams. Sew from bottom of liner to bottom of front/back on both sides. Trim seams to 1/4" and zig zag edges. This will create a tube. Turn tube RSO. Place liner inside of front/back. Press top edge of purse at seam. Topstitch 3/4" from top edge. This should land below the buttonholes and will create the channel for the drawstring.
