Free pattern and sewing Tutorial: Ms. Lipsie pouch with zipper for a mouth.  I though I'd share one of my pocket idea :)...not suggested for little girls....as they might get too scared of it hahahahahaha...

What You Will Need:

Leftover white material (I used my unwanted khakis for the face, hair piece and back piece)
Scrap fabrics for lining
6” zipper, ribbon, cute button
Embroidery floss

INSTRUCTION:
1. Cut out the pattern pieces

2. Sew the hair pieces together, trim the edges for neater edges when turned


3. Turn the hair piece right side out and place it on


the face and “quilt” it to the face fabric, then embroider the face (eyes and nose)

4. Mark the edges of the face and chin fabrics , this will mark where you will begin and stop sewing.  The marks should start at the beginning of the zipper to the end of the zipper


5. Pin the face fabrics together in the following order: lining right side up then zipper right side up then face fabric right side down then carefully sew them together


6. How it looks after sewing together


7. Do the same for the bottom (chin) part of the face


8. Hand stitch lose edge of the zipper for easy sewing


9. Top Stitch the face


10. Sandwich the face, ribbon and back together then pin



11. Pushing away the lining from getting stitched, sew the outer side together



12. Do the same for the lining, by first pinning the face lining with the back lining and push away the outer fabric, so they will not be sewn together with
